Health Benefits Tool

A centralized enterprise tool for searching member and group health insurance benefits — designed to eliminate inconsistencies and put the right information in the right hands.

Benefit information scattered across too many places

Insurance benefit information was fragmented across multiple teams, applications, and databases. This forced manual updates in several places, leading to errors, inconsistencies, and content that lacked the clarity needed for health literacy. Representatives couldn't get accurate answers quickly, and members paid the price.
